Havening Practitioner Training

Service Description

Havening Techniques are psycho-sensory techniques that use the sensory input of touch, imagination, and attention to create lasting change and enhance neuroplasticity. Havening, developed from best available neuroscience research, can help with many issues negatively impacting a person's mental state such as distressing memories, anxiety, emotional trauma, fear and pain. This training will be held online live with Jan Carpenter, from Turn Over a New LEAF. You will learn how the LEAF model seamlessly integrates Havening to: Let-go of unresolved emotions stemming from encoded trauma's; Empower yourself, access your mind and body's natural resources towards an inspired future self; take Action to build resilience and wellbeing habits; optimise your human needs to Flourish for a well lived life. The program is designed for physicians, nurses, social workers, psychologists, mental health care workers, first responders, educators, coaches and many other professionals. Havening incorporates seamlessly with many of your existing modalities. This training is the first step to becoming certified. This class will be limited to 6 new students. All students must complete the 8 preparation modules before class (30 mins each). Class will be 4 hours each day over 2 weekends and will include breakout sessions to practice the material with Havening Facilitators. Extensive online learning material is available. Free monthly practice group sessions will be provided by Havening HQ to help support you on your path to certification. Steps to complete certification are as follows: Jan Carpenter will be your mentor through the certification process, to support a successful submission of your final Practitioner application to Havening HQ. The charge is £399, this will includes a one to one coaching session as well as evaluation and feedback of your study work: Your study work includes: Science Review; The Code of Ethics Agreement; Submit 30 written case studies: Submit 2 video case studies. There are also Havening Practitioner membership. Dues to Havening HQ are $99 for initial certification and then annually thereafter.
