Since the pandemic is your organisation experiencing more HR related matters due to a higher incidence of social and psychological issues in your workforce? are more people leaving, and you're not sure why.

We provide 'Social and Emotional Engagement practitioners' with Coaching, wellbeing,

training and social work experience

We celebrate diversity, inclusivity, compassion and wellbeing.  We also recognise that it takes all sorts to make the world go round and to help a company flourish.  We're aware that at times happenings in our personal lives can make us vulnerable, which challenge our capacity to perform at our best.  We’re passionate about helping people to address their personal, social and psychological issues and environmental obstacles that get in the way of that.

When employees are empowered to do what they do best, with a sense of purposes, it provides a great platform for employee wellbeing and engagement and one part of the ingredients to helping your workforce flourish and perform at its best.

People can have challenging personal lives behind the scenes which over time can affect life or work performance, can deplete quality of life and ones capacity to flourish. People can have sudden onset periods of personal stress due to changes in their family life, or due to trauma, or due to changes in their emotional, mental or physical health. All of these very normal human issues can happen to any employee in any work force.  Indeed they have been happening more often during the pandemic.

By addressing these often hidden stressors in peoples lives it will minimise the associated cost of low resilience at the Personal, Relationship and Organisation level.

By engifting your workforce with one of our Social and Emotional Engagement Practitioners' you will be supporting your organisations to address the following PRO-resilience priorities:

⁃ Staff turnover
⁃ absence
⁃ Presenteeism
⁃ Poor productivity
